Zero Carb Pork Rind Pizza
Are you tired of trying to master that cauliflower pizza crust that seems “so easy” to make but never turns out like the picture? Me too! I was talking to a friend who was on a zero carb diet and they mentioned pork rinds. I started looking up some recipes and came across this recipe for pork rind pizza crust. It was extremely easy and I liked the taste far more than the cauliflower pizza crust. It is a little higher in fat since you are using pork rinds, but I tried to substitute some of the fat in the other ingredients.
Ingredients (Per single serving pizza)
1/4 cup Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese
1 egg
1 Tsp Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning
1/2 cup Fat Free or Reduce Fat Shredded Cheese
Turkey Pepperoni
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Spray pie tin or baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray
- In a bowl, mix pork rinds, egg, parmesan cheese and seasoning with a fork.
- Pour mixture in to pan and spread out with your fingers. If the mixture sticks to your hands, wet them with water and it will spread smoothly.
- Bake for ~10-20 minutes or until golden brown. Flip it 1/2 way through to get a crispier crust.
- Remove and add desired toppings (I added cheese, basil, turkey pepperoni and sausage). Place back under the broiler until cheese is melted.

I’m in heaven! I love this and I’m putting this into my permanent file. I rolled the dough out between 2 pieces of parchment paper and made it a flatbread pizza. I topped it with mayo, chicken, olives and a couple cherry tomatoes cut in thirds. So so good. Thank you!
